Cinco de Mayo Sales Meeting

Wow this year is flying by! Our May sales meeting just passed us this past Friday and we cannot believe it! As summer begins to roll in and we begin to look for new and exciting items to place on our menus, check out a few of the recipes and vendors that were featured at our sales meeting!

Blueberry Tort

      

Blueberry Muffin Batter (1 Pipe Thawed) - 502157

1 Cup Dried Apricots (optional)

½ Cup  Chopped Pecans (optional)

Blueberry Pie Filling

Cream Cheese Icing (melted)

Evenly spread muffin batter into half-sheet baking pan, add in apricots and pecans if desired. Bake in a 325 degree convection oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely then cut muffin sheet into thirds. Spread blueberry pie filling on tops of all three sections then stack together. Drizzle top with cream cheese icing and top with chopped pecans (optional)

These individually wrapped waffles are perfect for all occasions. A quick grab-and-go breakfast, or warm them in the oven or microwave and serve with fruit for a sit down meal! They are naturally sweet so no syrup needed (but syrup could only make them better)!
