Happy Friday! We are starting something new here on The Dish! Each month we are going to spot light one of our Power Partners and provide great tasting recipe ideas for you to add to your menu or use for a special!

This month we are highlights American Foods Group. American Foods group is parent company of King’s Command and offers a variety of fully cooked and raw meats. Below are the items we are going to be using for our recipes this month:

Beef Crumbles – 572120

Recipes:

Beef Crumbles:

Nachos – tortilla chips, beef crumbles, nacho cheese, served with lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos for the spice lovers

Hamburger lettuce wraps – Green leaf lettuce, Beef Crumbles, topped with diced tomatoes, onions, and other desired hamburger toppings.

Goulash – Elbow noodles (cooked per instructions), onion, canned diced tomatoes (with juices), tomato sauce, beef crumbles, season with salt and pepper

Chicken Fried Beef Steak

Specialty Sandwich – 4 oz Chicken Fried Beef Steak, Kaiser Roll, Pepper Jack Cheese, Remoulade Sauce, Saueed onions, topped with desired lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.

Center of the plate – 4 oz Chicken Fried Beef Steak topped with gravy makes the perfect center plate dish for a meat and three.

Chicken Fajita Mix:

Chicken Fajita Pizza – Fully cooked pizza crust (not sauced), combine even mixture of salsa and sour cream, spread thin layer over pizza crust, top with Fajita Chicken, peppers, onions, and cheese.

Chicken Fajita Philly – toasted 6” sub roll, Fajita Chicken, red and green peppers, onions, and American cheese, served with sour cream if desired.

Italian Meatballs:

Meatball sub – 6” sub roll, three 1 oz meatballs, topped with marinara and provolone cheese. Toasted.

Spaghetti & meatballs – cook spaghetti noodles per instructions, heat marinara sauce with .5 oz meatballs, top noodles with sauce and meatballs
