When we talk about our mission and values, we are talking about the principles set forth by our founder, Jack Palmer Sr. – or Mr. Jack, as most people knew him. These principles include a strong commitment to service, a sense of responsibility to the customer, and a dedication to quality. These are the traits Mr. Jack built our company on when he started as a produce distributor in 1948. He created a culture that’s deep-rooted and alive in our company today. It drives everything we do.
Our mission is to serve our customers by providing excellent customer service and premium quality food products at a fair price. We meet our customers’ foodservice needs while providing customer service that consistently exceeds expectations. This notion of service has been a family tradition for us for over six decades.
Facility
Ours is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest technology implemented throughout the entire operation. Our wireless warehouse management system assures that our inventory is received and shipped properly via barcode scanning and voice selection. The system allows us to track product from the time it is received to the time it is palletized and loaded on the truck.
We take every precaution to assure the integrity of our inventory.
Our robust warehouse management system allows us to fully track date-sensitive products and store product in temperature-controlled refrigeration and freezer units. We receive refrigerated and frozen products on a temperature-controlled dock and then store the product according to the proper temperature specifications for each product.
